at the doctors

hello my friends...i am in Pittsburgh right now waiting and waiting and waiting for the doctor...my appointment was for 9am and it is now 10.:20...this is no fun people but what can you do...we are at the mercy of the health care system...luckily they have computers in the waiting room so i can write to you...it is amazing how many sick people there are in this room...very scary...please take care of your body...eat healthy...sleep enough hours...exercise...laugh alot...love alot...pray and worship God...be good to everybody...stay positive...have sex...all these things are good for you...don't ...watch the news when it's bad...only think good thoughts...love your dog or cat alot...go shopping...stay away from doctors...they are wack! hi mike, see you on turkey day...gobble gobble...i saw a turkey walkin with a cape on.
